Mediation is an alternate dispute resolution (ADR) process that helps people find their own solutions to a problem without someone else telling them or forcing them to a resolution that they may not like or agree with. Conflicts can consume vast amounts of energy that have a negative impact on your life & others around you including business partners, work colleagues, families and friends. Please explore our site. Did you know that a mediation with us can cost you less than $1,000 + GST per party? We recognise that one fee does not fit all. Accordingly we have a range of fees depending on your dispute. Take a look at our costs page for more details.
